The Yaletown Lions Club is one of tens of thousands of clubs that make up Lions Clubs International, the largest service club organization in the world. Since 1917, Lions have served their communities under a simple motto: We Serve. Today, more than a million members in over 200 countries carry that work forward.
Globally, Lions lead campaigns on vision care, diabetes, hunger relief, disaster response, and youth programs. Every local club plugs into that network, ours included. It’s how a Gala night in Yaletown helps fund sight programs around the world through initiatives like SightFirst.
